What is a proposal?

Accorrding to Mr Moa, it is a plan whereby a person can pick it up and excute it.

A proposal should be as detailed as possible. It can be so detailed such that when a outsider read it, he can organize the event EXACTLY the way you want it to be. The pointers that my ALs and me have given to you all are merely to aid you in preparaing your proposal. So, please don't get turned off if we have given you guys ALOT of suggestions....


And Guys... don't see SOLOs as a 'task' just to be completed for the sake of completing. Use the SOLOs that you have set for the event to guide you in your planning. Therefore, it is important that you set meaningful and significant SOLOs as it will affect the event.
