This post would effectively kick out the mass dance video Serene did. So, if you want to see the mass dance, go to the main blog.

Saw something just now. With regards to the issue, maybe one was being too petty, or maybe one went overboard. Which is it? It's public, so where to draw the line? Or how about we focus on finding a solution? Either way, the problem could have been highlighted with a pleasant tone.

I read this interesting quote,
99% of the time, arguments happen because of the tone people use.
Whether it is really 99% I don't know, but there sure is some truth in the quote.
